Show up. Bring your body. Breathe. Oblige the silence. Listen with everything. Let yourself look. Stop often for this.

Forget about time. Wander as needed. Move toward what calls to you.

Walk side by side with whoever is there-- grief, longing, ghost, child, chipmunk.

Remember eventually to pick up your pen. See what

happens.

for their service.

Be clear

you want more

tomorrow.
